Two Ways to Engage Our Services
Single Phase Inspection
Already building and want a second set of eyes at a specific point? We can inspect at any phase — pre-slab, pre-drywall, final walk-through, or anywhere in between. The homeowner coordinates the inspection timing with their builder and schedules with our office. All required builder documentation, insurance certificates, and licensing requirements must be completed before we can perform a single inspection. Pricing is based on square footage, inspection type, and location.
Full Contract — Phase Inspection Program
Our most popular new construction service. You hire us at the beginning of your project and we stay with your home from ground-break to final walk-through. No scheduling calls needed on your end — we visit regularly, track construction progress ourselves, and stay in communication throughout the build. All builder insurance, licensing, and documentation requirements are coordinated upfront before site visits begin. Typically 12 to 15 inspections on an average home with no additional charge for extra visits within reason. Priced by living square footage with a 30% retainer paid at the start of the contract.
